Newly decorated venue, exceptionally nice staff. Peaceful and particularly good location, only a short distance to everywhere. Found in the peaceful area. Good service, great breakfast with the scrambled eggs.

The interiors in the standard twin room were nicely designed, and there was plenty of delicious food available for continental breakfast, with the added convenience of on-site private parking.

The hotel is too good from every perspective , very close to veddel bahnhof . it is very well connected with the metro and the local buses with the main hamburg city centre. Also the english speaking staff is too good . the hotel also has its own parking and the rooms are very good with small kitchen . the included breakfast is awesome . in all very good hotel. We recommend it to our friends .

i loved a nice size room complete with private toilette, 2 balconies, sofa bed.

Spacious room for four people with its own bathroom. They serve a delicious breakfast with great options, like yummy scrambled eggs! 🍳.

The room was really clean and felt spacious, comfortable and had modern furniture and facilities. The free parking was very useful. The dining room was designed really well and had a nice, harbour atmosphere. The breakfast seemed to be very fresh. Seemed to be a quiet location.

We disliked the fact that people could smoke in some areas, including the entrance lobby. We don't want to breath other peoples smoke. The hotel is a long way from the city, requiring a bus and train journey of about 25 minutes total. (Its a good idea to buy the group ticket which allows up to 5 people to travel on all of the transportation in Hamburg, including the ferries by the harbour, for up to 9 hours.) The neighbourhood seemed a bit strange/dodgy in the evening, with only a few street lights. some nice restaurants. The advice from one of the staff in the evening was very unreliable - e.g. location of local bars, transport costs, etc.

Good clean rooms located at a convenient travel distance from the city center. By taking first the bus and then the S-Bahn it takes no more than 20 minutes to get there.

Good hotel but dodgy location. For us travelling by car and just needed a place to stay it was ok.

The rooms are a good size and practical, plus the bathrooms are quite roomy. 🚿.

Excellent staff, the hotel is clean and location quiet and the best. Overall the room is neat, brand-new and includes central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box. Think that this newly remodelled property is beyond compare, appreciated it...

The hotel staff is nice, the rooms are simple, but clean. The location is ok if you have a car (15 minutes to downtown). The price is the best price I could find in Hamburg. I would recommend it if you are a budget traveler, however, if you can spend 40-50 euros more, choose another place.

The smell. The smell comes up from the kitchen and the smell of cigarette smoke comes up from the entrance hall, where people are allowed to smoke.
